Breakfast Sandwich

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 slices of Bacon
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Bagel or any Bread of your choice

Preparation
​
  • 1) Add the bacon to a Skillet and cook.
​​
  • 2) Meanwhile, add your bagel to your toaster.
  •  
  • 3) add 2 eggs to a bowl, wisk until mixed, add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3) Once your bacon is cooked, transfer to paper towel to absorb all the access fat. 

    4) Pour your eggs into a lightly oiled skillet and spread to make an omelet. 

    5) Cook the waffles according to the directions on the waffle iron. All waffle irons are different so the amount you should add to it and how long you cook it for will vary.
