BBQ Bisuits

2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoon walnuts
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tablespoon oat flour
1 tablespoon lecithin liquid
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon real salt
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 banana, thinly sliced
1. Put oats in a blender and set on "chop" or "grind". Blend until oats are very fine consistency. Add walnuts and blend until nuts are ground to a chopped consistency.

2. Add rest of ingredients, except banana, to blender and "pulse" until mixture is smooth.

3. Pour mixture into a bowl. Add a little water as necessary if mixture thickens too much.

4. Pour onto a preheated, nonstick griddle or pan until golden brown. You do not need oil if your using a nonstick griddle or pan.

5. Place oatcakes on plate and top with banana. Serve hot.

6. Drizzle with agave nectar or maple syrup as desired. I prefer agave nectar because its sweeter and requires much less.

I found Lecithin liquid at a health store.
